Visits can be arranged in advance or on a daily basis with the equine vets. Please call as early as possible to organise a visit, we can therefore try our upmost to provide you with the time, day and vet requested.

Emergency calls will take priority and will be dealt with as soon as possible. Calling as soon as you realise there is a problem enables us to get to you quickly and efficiently.

Call outs are charged on a mileage basis from the practice. Payment for any vet visit can be taken on the day and we honour a 10% discount for this. Payment can be via cash, credit or debit card or cheque with a cheque guarantee card. Otherwise charges will be booked to an account and invoiced at the end of the month. Payment is required by the 25th of the month following the month of the invoice.

New clients are asked to pay for their first visit on the day.
